Classes are live and in real time so that you receive the same benefits of a yoga class attended in person with personal connection and guidance.
Yoga classes are gentle, nurturing and kind, focusing on calming the nervous system and reducing mental activity. Classes incorporate alignment & structured based movement, free & intuitive movement and time in stillness. The breath is explored in a number of different ways over to deepen inward experience.
You receive access to my Online Yoga Studio Support and Resources closed facebook group to help build a sense of community and where you can ask any questions you need to help support your yoga. The online closed facebook group contains resources and information that might be interesting and useful based on things discovered in class as well as any applicable announcements/reminders.
Yoga props are not required, however it is recommended that for extra support a bolster, block, blanket and strap be on hand or household equivalent props such as a thick book, pillow, belt/tie.

Once you have booked into a class you will be emailed instructions that will require you to download ZOOM which is the platform for the online studio and the email will also contain everything else you need to know. It is recommend that you sign up to classes in advance to make sure that you are set up and ready to commence on time.
I understand that an online studio can be a little daunting. I am here to to help you get set up or answer any questions you have prior to joining.
I also offer gifted attendance to classes for those in need. Please reach out to me as I am here to make yoga as accessible to you as I can.
