Newborns - Pre-crawl

28th October - 2nd December 2019 (6 weeks)

Monday's 10:30am - 11:30am


This beautiful class suitable for mums (or daddies, nannies & caregivers) 6-8 weeks post birth, with Newborns to Pre-crawl. Please check with your care provider.


This gentle and restorative yoga class is designed to nurture the nurturer and softly re-build strength and confidence post pregnancy and birth, all whilst having fun with your baby. 


This class provides the opportunity to connect & share with other local mums in a supportive & non-judgmental environment at the Yoga Desire Studio in Derby.


Please bring a blanket or towel for baby and you will be able to stop and feed/change baby when required.


No yoga experience is necessary. 


Classes run in 6 week blocks, class numbers are limited & bookings in advance are appreciated.

Crawling - Toddlers (2 yrs)

29th October - 3rd December 2019 (6 weeks)

Tuesday's 9:30am - 10:30am


This wonderful class suitable for mums (or daddies, nannies & caregivers) with littlie's who are crawling to 18 months. 


This class is designed to move our bodies in a way that engages both mums and littlie's together in a fun, playful environment. We will also enjoy time together to relax & feel calm. 


This class provides the opportunity to connect & share with other local mums in a supportive & non-judgmental environment at the Yoga Desire Studio in Derby.


Please bring a blanket or towel for the little ones. Yoga mats will be provided. 


No yoga experience is necessary.
