A Little More Information

What can I do for your group?

I am passionate about making yoga and meditation accessible for every body and will meet the group where they are at. We can discuss the desired outcome for the group and I will develop a program/s using my experience as a facilitator. 


I am available to travel around the Derby and Fitzroy Crossing areas. I bring with me all the equipment required, however if the sessions are regular I may ask that the workplace purchase their own equipment. 


To date I have facilitated regular sessions for Derby Drug and Mental Health, Numbala Nunga Nursing Home, Derby District High School,  Mowanjum Art and Cultural Centre as well as once off sessions for World Vision, Derby Community Health, Derby Aboriginal Health Service, Derby Woman's Shelter and Garl Garl Walbu Alcohol Association Aboriginal Corporation.  


Here are some reasons why a group session can be of benefit:


  • Can decrease stress and anxiety levels and improve overall mental, physical and emotional well-being
  • May improve focus and mental clarity
  • Assists with group bonding, group dynamics & team moral
  • Can alleviate chronic symptoms that occur from sitting or our modern day lifestyles.
  • May leave individuals with a sense of empower through discovery of breathing and mindfulness techniques that can be applied to every day life. 
  • Encourage efficiency due to the flow on effect of feeling refreshed and recharged.
  • Can inspire creativity and the ability to problem solving 


It is now well known that the accumulative benefits of appropriate yoga and meditation sessions has profound positive impacts on the lives of individuals as well as creating healthy working and social environments.

Please chat to me if the above guide does not fit within your budget. It's my mission to make the tools of yoga and meditation accessible and I'm confident that we can agree on something that works for us both as I would rather your group have access to yoga then not at all.
