Online Studio

Making Yoga accessible for every body regardless of location and to help support YOU through COVID-19.

We are all in this together!

A Little More Information

About the classes

Classes are LIVE and in real time so that you receive the same benefits of a yoga class attended in person with personal connection and guidance.

Yoga classes are gentle, nurturing and kind, focusing on calming the nervous system and reducing mental activity.

Yoga props are not required, however it is recommended that for extra support a bolster, block, blanket and strap be on hand or household equivalent props such as a thick book, pillow, belt/tie.

How Do I Join?

Attendance options and price structure

To join the Online Studio you will need to download the ZOOM app. In the booking conformation, once you have booked your class, you will receive a ZOOM URL code & a password to connect to the class at the relevant time.

During COVID-19, I would like to offer all of my classes as pay what you feel/can afford/via donation. I will leave it up to you to decide what you feel is right for your current circumstances and if that is no payment then please accept these classes as a gift from me to you during this time of hardship.

Those with Derby Loyalty Yogi Class Passes, you are able to use your pass for classes in the Online Studio. If you do not wish me to deduct a class from your pass as you would prefer to do the above then please let me know.

If you are unsure how to download ZOOM or if you have any other questions please reach out to me here.

Let's chat

I understand that an online studio can be a little daunting. I am here to to help you get set up or answer any questions you have prior to joining.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Yoga Desire acknowledges the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging & recognise Derby, the place where we run our yoga studio as a place of cultural significance to NYIKINA MANGALA and many other Aboriginal people. We choose to practice Yoga & Meditation in a way that is gentle and kind in respect of ourselves, others and the Aboriginal Land that we stand on.
